Shipping - International Orders

All items are shipped by Australia Post and all orders have tracking included.

The cost of shipping your order varies depending on your country and the total size and weight of the items you are purchasing.

The cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout.

 

Some of the items in the DYANI store are made to order, so please allow time for me to make your items prior to shipping. Once payment is received, I usually ship items within 3-5 business days.

If for some reason, your order will take longer than this, I will contact you immediately.

Please understand that once your package has been lodged with Australia Post, I have no control over the time it takes for delivery.

Most US customers will receive their order within 2-3 weeks. But sometimes it can take longer, especially during the lead up to Christmas.

I do not offer refunds if a parcel is simply delayed in transit.

If a parcel genuinely goes missing, or is lost, then I will refund your order.

I do not consider a parcel "missing" unless 30 days have passed since dispatch, and I will not issue a refund any sooner than this.

I do not give refunds for reasons related to customs or quarantine.

You are responsible for paying any and all customs fees so please check with your local authorities if you unsure about this before placing your order.
