Customers outside Australia please note that packages sometimes take up to 4 weeks to arrive at their destination, especially during busy times such as November/December.
Please keep this in mind if you are ordering something for a special occasion.
All items are sent via Australia Post airmail.
I try to minimise the amount of packaging I use, but items will be packed carefully to avoid damage during transit.
I re-use, or purchase recycled/biodegradable packaging materials wherever possible.
Please note: there is NO TRACKING available with economy airmail.
If you wish to be able to track your parcels, please make sure you choose the “Airmail with tracking” shipping option when you checkout.
All parcels over 1kg will automatically be sent with tracking.
Many of the items in the Little Deer Studio shop are made to order, so please allow a few days between payment and despatch for me to make your items for you.
I endeavour to despatch all orders within 5 days of full payment being received. If this is not possible for any reason, I will contact you immediately.
Please remember that I am shipping from Australia.
Delivery to the rest of the world usually takes 2-3 weeks (longer during busy periods). Please allow at least 4 weeks for delivery if you are outside Australia.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, according to the weight and size of the items you purchase. The cost of shipping your order will be displayed at checkout and you can also see it when viewing your shopping cart contents, by clicking on “calculate shipping”.
If the actual cost of shipping your order turns out to be significantly less than the amount you were charged at checkout, I will refund you the difference.
CUSTOMS DUTIES / TAXES
In accordance with Australian law, all parcels sent overseas will be labelled as merchandise and the retail value noted on the customs declaration form.
Any additional customs fees or import duties imposed by your country are your responsibility and must be paid by you.
I do not offer refunds for items that are detained for customs-related issues.
If you are concerned about possible extra charges or import restrictions, you should contact your local customs authority before making a purchase.
