Free Pick up:

If you live in Brisbane, or are visiting the area, you can choose to avoid postage costs and pick up your order from my market stall.  When selecting this option, please leave a comment with the order, or email me directly, stating which market you intend to pick up from.  Also please ensure that you allow at least 5 business days between placing your order and the market date you choose, to be certain that your goods will be ready.  Dates and locations of my market appearances can be found on the Markets Page.

I do not allow pick up from my home studio.

SHIPPING TIMES

Most Australian customers will receive their order within 5-6 business days.  But sometimes it can take a little longer, especially in regional and remote areas. Please understand that once your package has been lodged with Australia Post, I have no control over the time it takes for delivery.

Choosing the Express Post option may speed up delivery, but again, if you are outside the Express Post network, the guaranteed next-business-day delivery will not apply. You can check whether your postcode is within the Express Post network on the Australia Post website here (scroll down and click on Express Post delivery postcodes)

*please note if you choose the Express Post option, you still need to allow 2-3 business days for me to make your item before I can send it.

PACKAGING

I try to minimise the amount of packaging I use, but items will be packed carefully to avoid damage during transit.

Items are generally wrapped in a recycled paper bag tied with natural hemp twine, before being placed in a padded mail bag. Larger orders may be packed in rigid mailing boxes.

I use recycled and/or biodegradable packaging wherever possible.
