If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the items for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note however that shipping costs are not refundable, and you must pay for return shipping.
If you wish to claim a refund, you must contact me within 14 days of receiving the items. You must also keep the original parcel/box/envelope and all packaging materials as this may need to be inspected by Australia Post, in the event that goods have been damaged in transit and we need to lodge a claim with them. Please do not return items without contacting me first.
